Biography
In my previous role, I worked as a systems engineer handling detailed design, programming, and testing. After gaining experience in add-on development for Oracle Applications, I joined EBSS to take on more upstream processes. I have been supporting system implementations primarily in the production domain for manufacturing clients, experiencing all phases from requirements definition through go-live. In recent years, I have been involved in Oracle Cloud Applications implementations, expanding into industries such as trading companies and retail, with my scope extending to the SCM domain.
Striving for Client-Focused Consulting
What I always keep in mind is leveraging my knowledge and experience to provide consulting that stays close to clients. When implementing Oracle ERP, I want to be a trusted consultant who addresses the uncertainties and concerns clients face, provides thorough explanations and proposals, and delivers results. Being client-focused does not mean doing everything the client asks. Listening to too many requirements leads to excessive add-on development, putting go-live at risk. On the other hand, simply repeating explanations of standard features will not gain client buy-in. I strive to confirm what clients truly aim to achieve through Oracle ERP implementation and carefully explain and propose grounded solutions using the ERP knowledge, business knowledge, and IT expertise I have cultivated over the years.
Delivering Grounded Solutions to Clients
For clients, implementing a core business system is a major event. Our mission is to lead this to success. EBSS has numerous achievements in ERP implementation support and success. I believe this is because proposing grounded solutions while staying close to clients—from project planning to resolving individual issues—has become ingrained in our corporate culture. Additionally, EBSS has strengths in ERP implementation for SCM/production domains. As a member of this team, I will continue to provide client-focused consulting, propose grounded solutions, and lead projects to success.
