Biography
After graduating from university, I worked as a systems engineer, gaining experience across the full development lifecycle—from programming to detailed design, basic design, and requirements definition. Seeking to take on more upstream challenges, I joined EBSS. While focusing on Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud, I have also been involved in scratch development, data management, and SAP implementations.
Don't draw lines—keep your scope wide
The larger the project, the more often tasks fall through the gaps between teams and members. For example, invoice layout often falls into the gap between sales and accounting domains—both areas need to cooperate from both business and system perspectives. What I keep in mind in my work is to consider all tasks that fall into the gaps around my team as my own tasks and within my scope of responsibility. By practicing this approach, trust increases among team members including those from other teams, communication with other teams becomes even smoother, and only positive cycles are created.
