Biography
After graduating from university, I joined a systems integrator where I gained experience in scratch development and accounting system implementations. Having decided to make ERP the core of my career, I joined EBSS. I have built expertise primarily in ERP accounting, including Oracle EBS accounting system implementation for a major printing equipment manufacturer and accounting system separation projects accompanying corporate consolidations and divestitures.
Meeting users across accounting, production, and sales
With ERP now in the cloud era, I hear the phrase "Fit to Standard" more than ever before. Moving from person-dependent operations to overall optimization and management-perspective system design that leverages ERP is necessary. However, I have frequently encountered situations where collecting data required from a management perspective places a heavy burden on on-site data entry, or where applying ideal standard business processes actually reduces on-site efficiency. For this reason, although I often handle the accounting domain within ERP, I make sure to meet with as many on-site personnel as possible from manufacturing, logistics, sales, and other business domains that comprise ERP. By addressing ERP implementation challenges while considering on-site conditions, I strive to present solutions that both sides can accept.
I propose feasible and optimal systems for the rapidly changing business environment
A client whom I supported with ERP accounting system implementation six years ago reached out again this year for support. Due to changes in their business environment, they needed to modify that ERP system, and the person in charge at that time remembered me and contacted EBSS, believing that Kuromaru could handle it. It was a gratifying experience that made me feel my past approach had been recognized. These days, the pace of business transformation and M&A is faster than the replacement cycle of core systems, and ERP solutions that can keep up with this pace, as well as project management for system migration and integration, are in demand. While keeping pace with the rapid changes in the business environment, I listen carefully to on-site voices and propose feasible and optimal solutions. With my ERP consulting experience at EBSS, I want to continue meeting our clients' expectations.
