I have work experience at multiple companies, ranging from groupware construction to core system development and detailed/basic design. I transferred to EBSS wanting to work in a position closer to users. With over 10 years of experience since joining, I have been providing support for proposals, planning, and implementation of core systems using ERP packages, mainly in the accounting domain. Recently, I have also been providing support for project management and business improvement.

I believe being a "good listener" is the starting point for conducting consulting. To implement effective problem-solving, one must be a "good listener" who converses with users to accurately understand what they are struggling with.
