Biography
I have mainly worked as a PMO consultant, with project management as my core business including planning at the launch of IT projects for high-tech manufacturers, secretariat support through project completion, and quality management. Currently, I am responsible for planning and implementation support of solutions utilizing digital tools such as RPA for clients' business improvement activities.
I visualize "current problems" and propose "what to do and how" in a timely manner
In the projects I have handled, I strive to discover what the current problems are and what is not visible, visualize them from the client's perspective, and propose solutions faster than anyone else. While emphasizing speed, I build trust relationships with stakeholders, gather information to clarify the critical path of work, set decision points at the completion of important tasks, and deploy response plans according to the impact level of problems.

EBSS has an open internal culture, with many opportunities to communicate with colleagues and senior members not only at drinking parties but also through activities like golf on holidays. I feel that these interactions provide hints and help me discover new ways of thinking. As a result, in the field, we work with maximum teamwork alongside consultants from various specialties, including business improvement, project management, and ERP implementation solutions.
