Biography
In my previous job, I worked as an SE handling Oracle product (mainly database) implementation support and technical support for Oracle products. After joining EBSS, I have mainly handled Oracle EBS Core Technology. Recently, I have been involved not only in Oracle EBS but also in operational implementation support for other products and PMO support for IS infrastructure.
I strive for consulting that earns trust
To be able to handle any type of project, I naturally accumulate technical knowledge and collect the latest information on a daily basis, but what I focus on most is building trust relationships. Whether trust has been established or not within the customer relationship and the project makes a significant difference in schedule progress and response when troubles occur.
I deliver performance within limited timeframes
In most projects, it is rare to be involved throughout the entire duration; it is more common to leave midway or join partway through. Within that limited period, we are expected to deliver performance. I believe that contributing to projects by leveraging the experience I have cultivated and my communication skills leads to positive results.
