Biography
After working as a project manager at a software company and then as a business consultant at an IT vendor, I joined EBSS in 2014. As a member of the Project Management Services division, I utilize project management methods and expertise to support client projects. Currently, I am engaged in IoT implementation projects in the railway sector.
I value "conversations" with stakeholders
In the projects I handle, various companies, departments, and people from different positions participate, so issues and coordination matters span a wide range. I value having careful conversations with stakeholders to solve these problems and achieve goals. I make it a point to organize and systematize the essence of problems through conversation—things that cannot be understood through email—and continue the dialogue until we reach consensus on the optimal solution.
We drive projects forward by leveraging EBSS's strength in teamwork
Currently, I am forming a management team together with several members, but unifying the direction the team should aim for is not easy. To succeed in a project where multiple members come together, clarifying each member's role and teamwork are crucial. EBSS employees have an ingrained corporate mindset of "When facing difficult situations, we overcome them by supporting each other!"
