Biography
After graduating from university, I built my career primarily as a systems engineer at a software development company. While participating in an ERP implementation project as an accounting consultant, I developed a desire to work closer to clients and respond directly to their challenges and needs. This led me to join EBSS as an ERP implementation consultant. Today, I provide support not only in ERP implementation but also in project management.
I strive to create an environment where everyone can grow
In my consulting work, I consider it a natural mission to stay close to clients and exceed their expectations. I also try to step back occasionally and view projects and requirements from a different perspective, resolving problems and issues early that may not be visible when you're in the midst of things. When working as a team, I also think about creating an environment where all members, including clients, can achieve results and grow.
We provide project support from both system implementation and project management perspectives
We ensure that the systems we implement are valuable to our clients and provide project management that reliably completes projects. EBSS possesses both the 'implementation skills' necessary for system deployment and 'project management skills.' By combining these, we can address system implementation challenges and concerns while driving projects forward, enabling us to meet various client needs.
