Biography
After graduating from a Japanese university, I started my IT career as a systems engineer. I grew as an IT consultant providing implementation support for ERP, SCM, and CRM systems of various sizes. Being multilingual, I often participate in overseas projects, serving as a bridge between project members to close gaps in culture, language, and industry knowledge.
My ideal work is to stay close to clients, grow together, and build Win-Win relationships
What I always keep in mind is 'growing together with clients and building Win-Win relationships.' The job of an IT consultant is to clarify goals with the client within a limited period and achieve them. The client is always the protagonist. Our role is to stay as close as possible and help them find the 'optimal solution.'
I provide support leveraging not only IT system implementation but also management skills
IT system implementation support starts with understanding the client's current situation, identifying and clarifying problems and issues, then exploring and planning IT solutions, and supporting the execution of system development. Next comes the management process of monitoring progress to ensure smooth project execution while confirming client intentions and system performance. I provide end-to-end support from initial planning through implementation, verification, and post-implementation follow-up.
