Biography

At my previous company, a global consulting firm, I gained experience in various system implementation projects related to business transformation and improvement. Wanting to establish my own area of expertise and strength, I focused on the technical domain of Oracle EBS and joined EBSS, which specializes in EBS. I have since expanded my scope to include EBS implementation, infrastructure consulting, and PMO.

Focus not only on client happiness but also on their clients' happiness

As a basic principle for consultants, I always try to think first about what clients want and expect. Even when told the same thing, expectations differ depending on the person's position, background, and situation, so I try to identify the essence and respond accordingly. It's also important to be mindful of the people beyond our clients—even if a proposal aligns with the client's wishes, it cannot be called successful if the end customer doesn't want it.

Work Life Balance

Consultants are expected to deliver output within limited time. We must always be aware of deadlines, stay focused, and maximize performance. For this, being both physically and mentally healthy is essential—something I feel more strongly with each passing year. I love physical activity, so on weekends I sweat through jogging, soccer, tennis, and golf, and relax in the evening with a drink to maintain my health and vitality.
