■Learning Content

This time as well, many sessions including workshops were held, starting with a keynote speech from the President, covering the basics for consultants such as ‘Tips for Becoming a High Performer,’ as well as content on thinking methods and presentations.

Additionally, this Consulting Training Camp added new sessions on ‘Proposals that Resonate with Customers’ and ‘Self-Branding,’ increasing the proportion of content useful for senior-level participants compared to the previous session.

Regarding generative AI, while the title remained the same as before, we updated the content to use new teaching materials to adapt to changes, revised to cover how to utilize multiple types of text-based generative AI (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) as capable assistants.

■Other Information

An optional social gathering was also held on the evening of the first day. Throughout the entire event and the social gathering on the first evening, there were many opportunities for conversation among participants, and relationships that can be utilized in the future were built.

Regarding the learning content, after completing the two-day training, a system was established for reflection on the following business day, the following week, and two weeks later, ensuring retention of what was learned and remembering the expanded content from there.

Furthermore, the new President, who participated for the first time, commented that ‘This is a good event with good content, and more employees should have the opportunity to learn from it.’
