Main Training Content

For this training, we prepared a diverse program taking into account changes of the times and technological evolution.

In particular, this time, the content level was adjusted in response to the participation of many senior-level members.

Main Sessions

  • Keynote speech
  • Consultant skills and changes of the times
  • Tips for becoming a high performer
  • Catch-up
  • DX and ERP: Considering the close yet distant relationship
  • Changes of the times and DX
  • Utilization of generative AI (introduction of technical status and hands-on practice)
  • Common methods for excellent intellectual production
  • Decarbonization management and carbon neutrality (background, trends, regulations, GHG emission calculation, etc.)

Notable Points

(First External Participants)

This time, 2 people from Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation participated.

We received feedback such as ‘I enjoyed learning’ and ‘More participants are likely to join in future sessions.’

(Response to Technical and Social Trends)

In ‘Utilization of generative AI,’ we introduced the latest technologies and conducted hands-on practice using multiple AI tools.

In ‘Decarbonization management and carbon neutrality,’ we systematically explained the basic knowledge that companies should know.

(Diverse Learning Styles)

Not just lectures, but a combination of individual/team discussions and book utilization for an engaging structure.

We promoted participants’ proactive learning.

(As a Place for Interaction)

The other objective of the training, ‘promoting interaction,’ also achieved significant results.

During session discussions and the social gathering after dinner, active exchange of opinions took place beyond departmental and company boundaries, leading to the building of good relationships.

Looking Ahead

EBSS Consulting Training Camp will continue as a place for learning and interaction beyond internal and external boundaries, with even more enriched content.
