Enterprise Business System Solutions Corporation (EBSS)
EBSS will begin providing educational services for external organizations from FY2025, leveraging the track record and content of the ‘EBSS Consulting Training Camp’ which has been held five times for our consultants.
This training program is designed to improve the skills and knowledge required of consultants and professional personnel within organizations, and to promote interaction among participants. The content has been customized to match changes of the times and participant levels.
It can be flexibly customized according to the needs of a wide range of organizations including corporations, municipalities, and universities, so please utilize it for human resource development and skill enhancement.
Delivery Format
- Training duration: Full-day training or half-day training (selectable)
- Delivery method: In-person format (online delivery is also available depending on requests and content)
* Note: Prior to providing educational services, we will conduct meetings to adjust the educational content.

- Tips for becoming a high performer
- Basic consultant skills (project management, presentation, writing, etc.)
- Changes of the times and DX
- Utilization of generative AI
- Basic knowledge of decarbonization management and carbon neutrality
- Common methods for enhancing intellectual productivity

Program Features
- Practical learning: Utilizing content actually used in EBSS consultant training. A structure combining lectures with individual/team discussions and book utilization.
- Adaptation to latest technologies: Covering essential themes for future business such as generative AI and decarbonization management. Content is updated regularly.
- Promoting interaction: Strengthening connections within and outside organizations through discussions and social gatherings among participants.
Track Record
The ‘EBSS Consulting Training Camp’ is an in-house retreat training for consultants held twice a year since FY2023.
In the 5th training held in July 2025, in addition to EBSS employees, we welcomed the first external participants from Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation and received very high satisfaction feedback.
Additionally, participants commented that they ‘enjoyed learning’ and that ‘more participants are likely to join in future sessions.’
