We are a company developing, manufacturing and selling Toshiba brand white goods, and became a group of aesthetic group in July 2016.

After completion of M&A, we launched "TLSC 632 Project" aiming at separation of system infrastructure and process innovation from Toshiba Group within 3 years.

We aim to solve problems such as

  1. complicated business processes (especially sales domains)
  2. system separation and transition including dozens of subsidiaries, overseas sales companies and factories
  3. consolidation settlement process with the parent company, aesthetic group It was.

We participated in EBSS, which is familiar with Toshiba‘s process and IT, from the beginning of the project and cooperated.

The project completed the initial system infrastructure separation plan one year ago, completed Go Live in July 2018, and achieved TSA (*) cost reduction of 50%.(*Transition Service Agreement)
