Trinamix Inc. and EBSS individually offer products and services which are related to Oracle Cloud Solutions. In an effort to increase product demand and brand awareness for both companies, the Parties agree to use best-efforts to work together to implement sales promotion activities and consulting in Japan, the United States and other areas about Oracle Cloud (SCM, MFG, Planning) .

Collaboration content

• Expansion sales of ERP / SCM Cloud in Japan (marketing / advertisement, sales / suggestion activities), consulting (PJ planning, operation, introduction, training) about Oracle Cloud (SCM, MFG, Planning).
• Expansion of sales to local Japanese companies (same as above) and consulting (same as above) in the US and other regions about Oracle Cloud (SCM, MFG, Planning).
• Mutual dispatch of engineers, joint research and investigation.

The roles of each company

• Trinamix Inc.: Providing advanced references on ERP / SCM Cloud products, providing resources to a collaborative sales promotion and consultation.
• EBSS: Providing support to understand a Japanese business practice and to develop customer relationship to Japanese companies at a collaborative sales promotion and consultation.
