Supporting our client�fs business innovation through IT using digital tools

Previously, as a PMO consultant, I had mainly worked on project management such as planning at the start-up of high-tech manufacturers IT projects, and a management office support through the end of the project, and the quality control. Currently, I am in charge of planning and implementation support for solutions that utilize digital tools such as RPA (*) for the client's business improvement activities. (*: Robotic Process Automation)

I'm not only introducing tools, but also making use of my experience so far to create roadmaps and execution plans, to establish the implementation process and the governance, and to verify quantitative and qualitative effects. My role is to provide such a comprehensive support service until those are realized.

Visualizing "current problems" and suggesting "what and how to do" in a timely manner.

In my project, I try to discover what the problem is and what is not visible now, and visualizing it from the customer's point of view, and propose the solution faster than anyone else. In the past project, I had experience in creating and deploying a transition plan for the replacement of the manufacturing management system that accompanies the business restructuring in just two weeks.

I built a relationship of trust with stakeholders with keeping speed and clarified the route of work (critical path) by collecting information. And I set decision points at the end of important tasks, and deploy the recovery plan depends on the impact of the problem. As a result, I could present my value as a consultant because I was able to secure sufficient preparation time for the project, and I was able to eliminate the risks before those were raised.

I make a comprehensive proposal in cooperation with other consultants in each specialized field.

EBSS has a good relationship in the company, so there are many opportunities to communicate with colleagues and Managings, such as playing golf on holidays as well as drinking parties, and I feel that I can get hints and discover a new approach of ideas. Therefore, I can work in the client�fs location by maximizing teamwork with other consultants such as specialists in business improvement, project management, and ERP implementation solutions.

In the establishment project of a data center that I was in charge of, I was able to propose total support for client�fs issues such as the execution plans from RFP to the start of operation and planning of service contents in cooperation with other consultants in various fields. Therefore I was able to get high evaluations from the clients.
