What is the “Revolution in Manufacturing Systems” that will be indispensable in business activities moving forward?

What comes to mind when you hear “Revolution in Manufacturing Systems?”
Put simply, what I am currently in charge of is design and production consulting, conducting business analysis and making improvements.

However, what EBSS is beginning anew goes a step further into the area of creating new value that will be essential to business activities moving forward. Put more specifically, it is my mission to guide clients to the next stage, resolving challenges in IT systems by questioning the idea that “this is naturally the way things are.”

As a consultant, I work alongside clients and devote myself to the backdrop, and I do everything in my power so that the credit goes to the client.

My career as a businessman began in the trading practice of an electronics manufacturer. I have been to Nepal on ODA projects and participated in so-called EDI international standards, so I have developed the experience to categorize necessary information in a way that can be understood by anyone between companies depending on the business usage scene with respect to the variety of messages used in trade. In addition to these experiences, I became a staff member that brings together the concept of “manufacturing” for all companies based on Industrial Engineering, which I learned as a student, and I found work in the field of changing the value of production capital.

With respect to “manufacturing,” you cannot do anything if you don’t know anything about those who are out there sweating on the frontlines, so I went around to almost all of the nearly 130 factories in Japan and abroad at the time. If you see the frontlines, then you begin to realize what needs to be done next, and I played the role of eliciting what it is they wanted to do without them even saying it. Since I am just a consultant for all intents and purposes, I work alongside my clients and devote myself to the backdrop. My style is to be the star sixth man to presidents of overseas subsidiaries and a stand-in body double for those working on the frontlines. I do everything in my power so that the credit goes to the client.

To offer a new area of value

When I receive an inquiry from a new client, I first have them show me their site. Having one professional boosts authority and depth so please feel free to call me if there is anywhere you can make use of my knowledge and experience.

Since I have years of experience on the frontlines of manufacturing, I believe that there is no end to projects and that there will continue to be requests from clients. While hoping to be a consultant who can continually provide the optimal path for clients that I have had the opportunity to work with once, I will also offer a new field of value known as the “Revolution in Manufacturing Systems.”
