Approach to new business in ASEAN counties with own personality and background

As a director, my missions are steering on running projects, and engage relationship with customer as Account Partner, for new opportunity to provide our consultant services.

I am native of Malaysia, and already live in Japan for more than 25 years.

Present, I am in charging for all South East Asia on-going projects. Concurrently, I am focusing my effort to promote activities for my mission, to expand business in ASEAN countries.

I have been providing my consulting service to english projects in Europe, China and else. I learned kinds of countries life and business custom.With respecting their culture, I have arranged myself to match their work style for project breakthrough.

With my advantage of multilingual, I take pride for global project management. To solve issues optimally, I use my language skill to communicate with Japan and foreign key person for two-ways satisfaction.

System Go Live is the beginning, System long run would be the achievement

To target for providing acceptable system functionalities to user, we should cross over “my portion, my range”, but understand the “boarder” for any kind of idea or solution incubation.

I believe, if the system could be operated smoothly and valuable, this system will be appreciated and long run by customer.

After a project was over, I always engage with existence customers to get VOC (Voice of Customer).
