EBSS started to delivery an information technology implementation consulting service mainly Oracle EBS. |

EBSS acquired domestic standard of Information Security Management System (ISMS), "ISO/IEC 27001:2013/JIS Q 27,001:2,014". |
| 2009 |
EBSS won the Industry Award in "Oracle Award 2009" as the best partner who contributed in business of manufacturing sector (the production industry) from Oracle Corporation Japan. |
| 2010 |
Head office was relocated to Hamamatsucho, Tokyo. |
| 2012 |
- Added the package software for IT implementation service.

- Head office was relocated to Tamachi, Tokyo.
- Enhanced resources for an IT planning service and a project management service.

- Started the “Regional Roll Out” service for the manufacturing industry in the United States.

- Set up a new department for a digital marketing and a promotion strategy consulting service.

- EBSS started marketing and sales activities in the ASEAN region and started to join IT project and commercialization program.
- "Oracle Applications Cloud Consultation Award" in Japan (2nd place in ERP Cloud Part, 1st place in Sales Cloud Part)
