Many companies are being forced to change as the style of the world is changing due to the COVID-19 disaster.For many of our major customers, manufacturing companies, these modal changes are often more of a burden than creating opportunities.

New ways of thinking and common sense are spreading in all fields, and the value of what has been evaluated in the past is being reviewed in both good and bad ways. Along with that, the roles required of us IT consultants also need to be updated.

For example, what we expect from Customers who are aiming for "plus to bigger plus" and customers who are aiming for "from minus to first 0" and "from 0 to plus" will be different.

In addition to recommendations and strategies as a Consultant, options such as Counselor-like treatment with a customer and a three-legged race, and Coach-like advice are required.

Originally these were defined as different things. In a good sense, consulting companies and consultants who continue to strictly adhere to this range of defense while always being aware of the qualities that the role of a consultant should be kept.
